One of our team members will email you a link so that you can access and complete all registration forms prior to your visit.
The length of time varies depending on the service that you are scheduled for.
For a regular check up, we strive to keep your total time in the office to about an hour.
A typical check up includes a cleaning and periodontal exam by a registered hygienist. This is followed by by a comprehensive exam by one of our doctors.

Always bring your insurance card. We will verify coverage at each visit.
Bring your co-payment or full pay if you are not using insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. Also, please bring your driver’s license or identification card.
Many of our patients do not carry dental insurance. If you don’t have dental insurance you will be responsible for the cost of your treatment.
There are many variations of dental insurance coverage that are determined by your carrier and your individual group and/or policy.
For precise clarification, you will need to contact your insurance carrier.
Please make sure to confirm your coverage prior to your procedure and let us know if you have any questions. You will be personally responsible for any services that are not covered by your dental insurance.

We are thrilled that you take your oral health seriously, but you DO need to come in for regular check ups. During these visits Dr. Bennett and the team meticulously examine you mouth and identify concerns if any. Prevention requires commitment. If you wait until you feel pain, you just may have waited too long.
